If you cannot complete the steps above, email us from your registered email address and we will process the deletion on your behalf.
When you submit a deletion request, the personal data linked to your account is removed. This includes profile information such as your name, email address, and contact details, the posts and messages you created, and your activity history.
Information we are required by law to keep, such as payment and transaction records, is stored securely for the legally required period and then destroyed. All other data is deleted promptly after your request is processed.
